Notice.
How PLLAY Labs, Inc. collects, uses and protects personal information.
Effective date: October 9, 2026.
1. Scope
This notice explains how PLLAY Labs, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("PLLAY", "we", "us") handles personal information when you visit www.pllay.io, use our sandbox or developer tools, contact us, or deal with us as a partner or prospective partner.
2. Our two roles
PLLAY handles personal information in two different capacities, and your rights run to different parties in each.
- PLLAY as controller. For Site visitors, sales and support contacts, and partner account users, PLLAY decides how the information is used. This notice applies in full.
- PLLAY as processor (service provider). When a partner submits gameplay media or event data for verification, PLLAY processes it on that partner’s instructions under a written agreement. The partner is the controller. Its privacy notice governs, and requests about that information should go to the partner. We will pass on any request we receive.
PLLAY does not run consumer accounts. Fan identity records, age and identity verification, payment details and payout records are collected and held by the partner or its licensed operator, not by PLLAY.
Submitted gameplay media can still contain personal information, such as a gamertag, a voice, or a face on a webcam overlay. Section 5 explains how we treat it.

We do not knowingly collect government identifiers, financial account numbers or precise geolocation through the Site.
4. How we use information
As controller, we use personal information to:
- Operate, secure and improve the Site, sandbox and developer tools.
- Respond to inquiries, scope engagements and manage partner relationships.
- Send service messages and, where permitted, business marketing. You can opt out of marketing at any time.
- Detect, investigate and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents.
- Meet legal, tax, accounting and regulatory obligations and enforce our agreements.
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, our legal bases are performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in running and securing a business-to-business service, consent where we ask for it, and legal obligation.
5. Gameplay media and Vision AI
PLLAY’s Vision AI reads recorded gameplay footage to detect a game outcome, such as a final score or a winner, and returns a result with an evidence reference. Some results are reviewed by a person.
- Purpose limit. We process partner-submitted media only to verify the outcome the partner asked for, to maintain an audit record, to handle disputes, and to secure the service.
- No biometric identification. PLLAY does not use submitted media to identify any individual, and does not create or store face-geometry or voiceprint templates.
- Model training. We may use submitted media and results to test, evaluate and improve our verification systems, as our agreement with the partner permits.
- Automated decisions. A verification result determines a game outcome. The partner decides whether any reward follows. PLLAY does not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about individuals.
6. How we share information
We share personal information only as follows:
- Service providers that host, secure, analyze or support our operations under contract, such as cloud hosting, database, email, CRM and analytics vendors.
- The partner whose event a result relates to, including the result, evidence reference and review record.
- Professional advisers , auditors and insurers under confidentiality duties.
- Authorities where the law requires it or to protect rights, safety and the integrity of our service.
- A successor in a merger, financing, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this notice.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
7. Cookies and analytics
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for it to work and that help us understand how the Site is used.
We measure page views with privacy-friendly analytics that does not set cookies and does not track you across sites.
You can block cookies in your browser settings.
8. Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes in this notice, to perform our agreements, to maintain settlement and audit records, to resolve disputes and to meet legal obligations. Partner-submitted media is kept for the period set in our agreement with the partner.
We delete or de-identify information when the period ends, unless the law requires us to keep it.
9. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live and whether the law applies to PLLAY, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete your information.
- Opt out of the sale of personal information, targeted advertising and certain profiling. PLLAY does not engage in these activities.
- Object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent (EEA, UK and similar laws).
- Not be discriminated against for using these rights.
How to make a request. Email privacy@pllay.io. We will verify your identity using information we already hold and respond within the time the law sets, generally 45 days in the United States and one month in the EEA and UK. An authorized agent may act for you with written proof of authority.
Appeals. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision. If the appeal is denied, you may contact your state attorney general or, in the EEA or UK, your data protection authority.
Requests about partner-submitted media. Contact the partner that ran the event. If you write to us, we will refer the request to that partner.
Marketing. Use the unsubscribe link in any email or write to privacy@pllay.io.
10. Children
The Site is for business users and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site. Partners are contractually responsible for age eligibility of their participants and for any consents needed for media they submit. If you believe a child’s information has reached us, contact privacy@pllay.io and we will delete it or route it to the responsible partner.
11. Security
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, appropriate to the nature of the information. No system is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee security.
12. International transfers
PLLAY is based in the United States and processes information there. If you are outside the United States, your information will be transferred to a country whose laws may differ from yours. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism.
13. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice. We will post the new version with a revised effective date and give additional notice of material changes.
