PLLAY Oracle verifies supported gameplay outcomes. Vision AI reads third-party recorded gameplay and creator video (recorded video first) and supplies the evidence; Oracle evaluates it against the rule and records the outcome in a settlement receipt that partners use in their own reward workflow. Brands and operators keep funds and KYC. A settlement is a record, not a transfer of funds.
