PLLAY Pulse

Turn every stream into participation.

Pulse uses AI to transform authorized live and recorded video into free predictions, challenges and rewards — giving creators and media companies new engagement, audience intelligence and advertising inventory.

In Development

Pulse is in development. Free creator-operated predictions run on Twitch today; the brand-funded product described here — sponsor demand, AI-generated interactions and engagement-based pricing — is being built with design partners.

The problem

Watching leaves no evidence.

People watch, scroll and leave. The signals that come back — clicks, comments, watch time — say that attention happened, but not what an audience believed, understood or anticipated.

Those are different questions, and only the second one is worth buying against. A viewer who called what happens next and turned out to be right has told you something a scroll depth cannot.

The Pulse loop

Six steps. Two of them run today.

The heading is the honest version of this section. We would rather show the whole loop with the gaps marked than describe a finished one — each step below states what is true of it right now.

  1. 01In Development

    Detect a moment

Recognize that something worth asking about just happened in the content.

No detector proposes moments today. A person decides when to open a prediction.

  2. 02In Development

    Generate an interaction

Draft the question, the options and the window, shaped to the moment.

No agent has ever drafted an interaction on PLLAY. Every prediction ever run was written by a person.

  3. 03Available

    Invite free participation

Open the window on the creator's overlay and on the viewer's phone. No purchase, no entry fee.

Ships today on Twitch — OAuth, OBS overlay and the mobile-web play surface are all in production.

  4. 04Available

    Verify the outcome

Read the evidence off the video and settle when confidence clears the bar; decline when it does not.

38 recorded broadcasts benchmarked, 31 auto-tier, 0 wrong auto-settles. Recorded video only — automated live settlement is not switched on.

  5. 05In Development

    Reward the audience

Points, streaks and reputation update. Where a sponsor funds a reward, it is delivered here.

Points, streaks and reputation are live in the fan app. Sponsor-funded reward delivery is not — production has zero brand campaigns.

  6. 06In Development

    Learn and optimize

Feed what produced real participation back into what gets surfaced next.

The outcome record exists. Nothing reads it back to influence what is proposed, because nothing proposes yet.

What a fan does

Free to play, on the phone already in their hand.

No install, no deposit, no card. Five of these six steps happen today; the sixth is marked because it does not.

  1. 01

    Join free

Tap a link. No install, no deposit, no card.

  2. 02

    Answer or predict

Call what happens next before the window closes.

  3. 03

    Watch the moment

Keep watching the stream. The window locks before the outcome is knowable.

  4. 04

    See the verified result

The outcome is read off the video and shown with the evidence behind it.

  5. 05

    Earn points, streaks and reputation

Accuracy compounds into a record of who reads moments well.

  6. 06In Development

    Unlock a sponsor-funded benefit

A brand funds a reward and it lands in the fan's account.

Who it is for

Three sides, each with its own ceiling.

For creators

  • Connect authorized content
  • Set automation and safety preferencesIn Development
  • Bring an existing sponsor, or access approved demandIn Development
  • Earn revenue without charging fansIn Development
  • See engagement and conversion reporting

Connecting a Twitch channel, running predictions and seeing engagement reporting all work today. What is not built: automation preferences (nothing runs automatically yet), and access to sponsor demand — PLLAY has no brand marketplace, and the sponsor programs that exist are run by hand with our team.

For brands

  • Buy verified participationIn Development
  • Target eligible audiences and contentIn Development
  • Approve AI-generated interactionsIn Development
  • Pay by completed engagement or campaign objectiveIn Development
  • Measure participation, recall, redemption and conversionIn Development

Every line above is being built. There is no buying interface, no targeting console and no engagement-priced billing today, and no external brand campaign has run on Pulse. Brand work happens as a scoped engagement with our team. This section describes the product we are building with design partners, not one you can buy.

For media and platforms

  • Add interaction to live or recorded inventoryIn Development
  • Create incremental media revenueIn Development
  • Preserve platform control and brand safetyIn Development
  • Deploy by API, embed or white-labelIn Development

The partner API and a themed embed both exist and are provisioned by PLLAY — see /media-platforms and /developers for what each does today. What has not happened is a media deployment: production has zero partner accounts, so no platform has yet run Pulse against its own inventory.

Formats

What Pulse can run.

Sponsored Moment

In Development

A single branded interaction attached to one moment in the content.

Rewarded Prediction

In Development

A free call on what happens next, where the reward is funded by a sponsor rather than by the audience.

Branded Challenge

In Development

The creator sets a condition on their own run and the audience calls whether it holds.

Interactive Commerce

In Development

A product moment in the content becomes something an audience can act on directly.

Replay Experience

In Development

The same interactions run against a recorded library, not only a live broadcast.

Creator League

In Development

Recurring competition across creators, built on the same free participation. A format Pulse can run — not what Pulse is for.

Compliance by design

Free is not the same as exempt.

Pulse avoids real-money wagering. That is a narrow exemption, not a blanket one: it remains subject to advertising, promotions, privacy, youth-protection, intellectual-property and platform requirements, and it is designed against them rather than around them.

Free participation

No purchase is necessary and no entry fee is charged. A purchase cannot improve a participant's chance of winning anything.

No fan deposits or withdrawals

Pulse moves no money to or from a participant. There is no wallet to fund and no balance to cash out.

Promotion disclosures

Where a prize is offered, the promotion carries its own official rules, eligibility, and start and end dates, published with it.

Sponsor disclosure

A funded interaction identifies its sponsor on the experience itself, and the sponsor is not the operator of the promotion.

Age-aware advertising

Interactions are gated against the age signals available for the audience and the content they run against.

Privacy and consent

Participation data is processed under a published privacy policy, with consent controls and a do-not-sell path.

Platform-specific policies

Every deployment also has to satisfy the rules of the platform it runs on. Those are not ours to waive.

How Pulse makes money

Six revenue lines, none of them the audience.

Fans never pay. Every line below is paid by a brand, a platform or a partner — which is what keeps participation free and the compliance surface small.

Platform licensing

A media company or platform licenses the interaction layer for its own inventory.

Usage fees

Metered against what the system actually processes — content analyzed, interactions run, outcomes verified.

Verified engagement media

A brand buys participation that was completed and verified, rather than impressions that were served.

Sponsored rewards

A sponsor funds the reward pool behind an interaction, and PLLAY operates the delivery.

Commerce attribution

Where an interaction leads to a transaction, the attribution is recorded and shared.

Intelligence and reporting

Participation data, packaged for the partner who produced it.

Pricing is scoped per engagement. We do not publish a rate card for a product that has not run at scale.
