Turn skill into real stakes.
Arena powers eligible adult prediction contests and creator competitions with identity, jurisdiction, evidence and responsible-play controls built into the experience.
Demo environment
In DevelopmentThe contest and settlement workflow operates with virtual credits. External cash deposits and withdrawals are not currently enabled.
Arena is not open to the public today — access is by application. Identity verification runs in a non-production configuration until it is.
Skill, weighted and measured.
Skill-weighted prediction contests
A participant calls what happens next in a real event. Outcomes turn on reading the event correctly, not on chance, and a participant’s accuracy over time changes what a correct call is worth to them. That weighting is the mechanism that makes this a contest of skill rather than a draw — how skill works sets it out in full.
Measurable creator competitions
Creators compete on something an audience can watch and a system can verify — a run, a matchup, a condition met or missed. The result is read off the video and recorded with the confidence behind it, so a standing means something beyond a claim.
One of these runs today.
The heading is the honest version. Each format below carries its own status and the reason for it, rather than a single label averaged across the section.
Live predictions
AvailableCall what happens next in a live broadcast. The window locks before the outcome is knowable.
The full path ships — creator connects Twitch, adds the overlay, opens a prediction; fans play from mobile web. Runs on virtual credits.
See the detailCreator challenges
In DevelopmentThe creator sets a condition on their own run and the audience calls whether it holds.
Not yet open to creators — there is no self-serve tool to create one.
See the detailCreator battles
In DevelopmentTwo creators, two audiences, each calling its own side of the same matchup.
The collaboration schema is merged but has zero consumers in any app or function; the creator UI cannot create one.
See the detailLeagues
In DevelopmentSeason-shaped competition across creators, with standings that carry between events.
Roadmap. No season has ever run, and there is no standings surface in production.
See the detailVerified physical-skill events
In DevelopmentA real-world attempt — a lift, a run, a trick — verified from video rather than self-reported.
Every adapter in the accuracy ledger is a game title. No non-gaming adapter has been benchmarked, so nothing verifies a physical attempt today.
Seven steps, eligibility first.
Eligibility is step one, not a checkout formality. Everything after it is the contest itself — and the step that decides whether anyone is paid is the one that can refuse.
- 01In Development
Verify eligibility
Confirm the participant is an adult in a permitted jurisdiction before anything else happens.
The GATE is real and denies by default. The identity check behind it runs in a non-production configuration — no verification has ever been completed against a live provider.
- 02Available
Enter an event
Join an open contest. Entry is recorded against the participant's account.
Ships today, against virtual credits.
- 03Available
Lock the prediction
The window closes before the outcome is knowable. Nothing can be changed after the lock.
Enforced in the prediction state machine, not by convention.
- 04Available
Observe the outcome
The event plays out on the broadcast.
No system involvement — this is the part that happens in the world.
- 05Available
Verify the evidence
Read the outcome off the video and record the confidence behind the reading.
38 recorded broadcasts benchmarked, 31 auto-tier, 0 wrong auto-settles. Recorded video only — automated live settlement is not switched on.
- 06Available
Settle or hold
A clean read settles. An unclear one is held or refunded — never guessed.
settle_prediction_atomic is deployed and has settled production predictions; void_and_refund covers the unclear branch. Settlement is in virtual credits.

Update reputation and rewards
Accuracy over time compounds into a record of who reads moments well.
Skill weighting, streaks and reputation are live in the fan app.
Nine controls. Six of them run today.
Most platforms add these after launch, under pressure. These were built before the money — which is why we can show you which ones are finished and which are not, instead of describing all nine in the present tense.
Age verification
In DevelopmentParticipation is limited to adults, asserted at signup and confirmed before any cash-out.
Self-asserted at signup today. The confirming check is the identity provider below, which is not running in production.
Identity verification (KYC)
In DevelopmentRequired before any cash-out, and the gate denies by default. The check runs in a non-production configuration today.
Persona is integrated but PERSONA_MODE defaults to 'mock'; kyc_verifications has zero rows. The GATE is real; the check behind it is not live.
Geofencing
AvailableLocation is checked against the blocked-jurisdiction list at signup and again at transaction time.
Enforced against public.blocked_states(), the same source /eligible-states reads at runtime.
Jurisdiction controls
AvailableThe blocked list is operator-maintained in the database, not compiled into the app.
A policy change takes effect without a deploy — and cannot drift from what this site displays.
Evidence ledger
AvailableEvery verification records what was read, at what confidence, and what the system decided.
Published in full at /validation, including the trials where the system declined to determine an outcome.
Fraud monitoring
AvailableSuspicious settlement patterns divert a contest to review rather than paying out.
A _hold_suspicious_settlement trigger can route a prediction to FRAUD_REVIEW instead of SETTLED.
Responsible-play tools
AvailableParticipation limits, self-exclusion and cool-down periods are implemented in the platform.
Live, and the cool-down period in production is longer than the drafted specification required.
Human-review path
AvailableA disputed or unreadable outcome escalates to a person rather than resolving itself.
AWAITING_CREATOR_CONFIRMATION and DISPUTED are real states, and adjudication is an implemented path — not a theoretical fallback.
Payment segregation
In DevelopmentParticipant balances are accounted separately from operating funds.
The double-entry ledger exists and separates house from participant balances. Segregated banking is not established, because no external cash rail is enabled to segregate.
The system that can refuse.
Vision AI analyzes broadcast evidence and recommends or verifies outcomes when confidence is sufficient. It has been validated on recorded video. It has never run on a live stream, and no pilot is open. When an outcome cannot be confirmed, PLLAY holds or refunds rather than guessing.
The refusal is the feature. A contest that always produces an answer is a contest that sometimes produces a wrong one, and on a page about stakes that distinction is the entire argument.
What the record shows
ACCURACY_LEDGER: 38 recorded broadcasts, 31 auto-tier, 0 wrong auto-settles. All clips are VODs.
Benchmarked on recorded video only. Vision AI has never run on a live stream and does not settle live pools — the creator or operator still confirms.
Read the validation recordA share, not a forecast.
What a creator keeps is a fixed share of the pool their own audience creates. The share is a contractual fact; what it produces is not, because that depends entirely on participation we cannot predict for you.
Founding creators
20%
of each pool, locked for the life of the account.
Standard creators
15%
of each pool.
Illustrative only. Actual results vary. These are revenue SHARES, not earnings. PLLAY does not project what any creator will make, and settlement currently runs in virtual credits — see the demo-environment notice above. Open the earnings breakdown.

The documents that govern this.
Arena is a skill-weighted prediction contest for adults 18 or older in eligible jurisdictions. Outcomes are determined by skill rather than chance. Participation is currently in a demo environment: contests and settlement run against virtual credits, and external cash deposits and withdrawals are not enabled.
