FAN KYC AND PAYMENTS
Operator
Fan KYC and fan payments sit with the operator, and only when a stake exists. PLLAY does not onboard fans for staked events.
AUTONOMY BY PATH

| VOD | The model settles at or above threshold. Below threshold the event is held. No human required. |
| Live | The model proposes and a reviewer confirms. Every live settle carries a reviewer_id. Autonomous live is not available today (Phase 2). |
PULSE / ARENA WALL
1.Pulse events carry no stake_ref. stake_ref is only for operator contests (Arena, or Duels run by a licensed operator) and points at the operator’s own record.
2.Nothing converts a promo position into a contest position.
3.Contest and duel stake lives on the operator, on the operator’s rails.
