1. What credits are
PLLAY prediction credits ("Credits") are a virtual unit of account used solely within the PLLAY platform to enter prediction contests and receive performance-based payouts. Credits are not legal tender, not currency, not a security, not an investment contract, and not a financial instrument under any applicable banking, securities, or commodities regulation.
2. Purchase and pricing
Credits are sold in fixed packs and custom amounts via our payment processor (PayPal). All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and exclude any payment-processing fees, which are passed through to you transparently before purchase confirmation. PLLAY retains the full pack price; processing fees go directly to the payment processor.
3. No guaranteed cash value
Credits do not have a guaranteed cash value at any time. Payout values fluctuate with the size of each prediction's pool, the platform fee in effect, and your skill score. No representation is made that any specific Credit balance can be redeemed for any specific cash amount.
4. Beta-period redemption
During the beta period, Credits earned through winning predictions may be redeemable for cash, subject to: identity verification (KYC), location verification (multi-layer), applicable withdrawal limits and minimums, and a linked PayPal account in your name. Beta-period terms may change. Pre-beta-purchased Credits remain valid under whichever terms are most favorable to the holder at redemption time.
5. Modification of redemption terms
PLLAY may modify the cash-redemption terms (rate, minimums, fees, eligibility) with no less than 30 days' advance notice via email and in-app notification to all registered users with a non-zero balance.
6. Non-transferability
Credits are non-transferable between accounts. Attempting to transfer Credits, sell access to your account, or coordinate predictions with another account violates these terms and may result in forfeiture.
7. Forfeiture
Credits and any pending cash balance are forfeited upon account termination for policy violations, including but not limited to: providing false eligibility information, fraud, collusion, multi-accounting, use of bots, and breach of applicable law.
