The money & compliance stack for live audience participation.
PLLAY runs the parimutuel pools, skill-weighting, payouts, KYC-ready identity rails, and state-by-state compliance controls behind live skill-based prediction. It powers PLLAY today, and we're opening partner pilots — full white-label embedding is on the roadmap, not shipped yet.

Five things you'd otherwise build from zero
Each is a regulated, money-touching system in its own right. PLLAY operates all of them.
Parimutuel engine
Real-time pool formation, odds, and skill-weighted distribution across correct outcomes.
Skill multiplier
A 0.90×–1.40× weighting tied to historical accuracy — what keeps it skill-based, not chance.
Payments + payouts
Deposit, wallet, and payout rails run through PayPal's hosted flow — PLLAY is never in the path of a card number. Settlement rate-snapshotted per pool.
KYC + age gate
Age and eligibility checks on the way in, KYC-ready identity rails, plus a deny-by-default gate before a creator payout goes out — a W-9 and a verified identity are both required, and absence of a record blocks rather than passes.
Geo + legal layer
State-by-state eligibility, geo-blocking, contest rules, and responsible-play tooling.
Audit ledger
Every pool, rate, and settlement recorded — your reconciliation and dispute trail.
One request in. Settled payouts out.
Your platform owns the moment and the audience. PLLAY owns everything regulated between the prediction and the payout.
Open a pool
Your app fires one request at the moment that matters — a boss fight, a match point, a DJ's drop. Any live stream, not just games.
Collect & verify
Credits allocated, users geo-checked and age-gated, pool weighted by skill in real time.
Confirm outcome
A vision-model oracle watches the stream and confirms supported outcomes itself — settle-or-refund, never a guess. Your system can also report the result directly.
Settle & pay
Winners paid, rake split per your config, ledger written — in well under half a second.
await pllay.pools.create({
title: "Will the boss go down this attempt?",
outcomes: ["yes", "no"],
window_ms: 45000,
skill_weighted: true,
})
// → pool live on overlay. settlement,
// payouts & compliance handled by PLLAY.Watch a real run — and watch it refuse to pay
This is the actual pipeline — extractor, OCR, reconciler — running over PLLAY's own footage. We deliberately authored a fault into the broadcast overlay: the score bar says one team is losing, the FINAL banner says they won. The reads on screen are the pipeline's un-coached output. Watch what it does with the conflict.
A REAL PIPELINE RUN — extractor → PaddleOCR → production reconciler, executed over PLLAY-owned Arena Dodge footage (an original PLLAY esport; no third-party title). The broadcast overlay and its stale-bar fault were authored into the footage on purpose; the reads were not — every value and confidence shown is the pipeline's un-coached output, and the CONFIRM verdict is the reconciler's actual emission (services/pllay-vision/demo/arena_dodge/run_log.json holds the receipts; the bench figures above remain the recorded-VOD ledger). PLLAY VISION RUNS ON RECORDED VIDEO, NOT LIVE STREAMS.
The moat is the regulated stack
- Skill-based, by design
- The skill multiplier and accuracy-weighted payouts are built to clear the skill-game classification — not framed as chance after the fact.
- Identity before money
- Identity verification is required before any cash-out, and the gate denies by default rather than allowing and reviewing later.
- Payout compliance, deny-by-default
- A creator payout will not release without a W-9 on file and a verified identity — enforced in the database, not by policy alone. Absence of a record blocks; it never passes.
- State-by-state eligibility
- Per-state geo-blocking that updates as the regulatory picture moves — see the live snapshot below.
- Responsible-play tooling
- Spending limits, session timers, and cool-off controls ship with the platform, not as an afterthought.
Built for the rhythm of a live stream
OBS Stream Overlay
Drop one browser-source URL into OBS. No installer, no scripts.
Auto-Settlement
A vision-model oracle watches supported streams and confirms outcomes itself — settle-or-refund, never a guess. Three of the four things it can decide don't pay anyone.
Beyond Games
Predictions run on any live stream, not just games — esports, DJ sets, IRL. If it's live, it can host a pool.
Payout Compliance
A W-9 and a verified identity are both required before any creator payout — enforced deny-by-default in the ledger, not bolted on. Absence of a record blocks; it never passes.
Creator Leagues
Season-based tournaments. Fans draft creator teams. Compete for prizes.
Fan Draft Fantasy
Fans build creator rosters at season start. Your performance = their earnings.
Multi-Platform
Twitch is shipped. YouTube and Kick are on the roadmap — no shipped-on date until the integrations are real.
Sponsor Campaigns
Brands pay to appear in your predictions. The data model + creator dashboard exist; live brand inventory + final rev split land in Phase 2.
Put live audience participation inside your platform
