PLLAY Ships Redesigned Creator Dashboard and Sub-10-Second Contest Launch
A rebuilt creator dashboard and a sub-10-second flow for launching a live prediction pool ship across the platform, alongside a real-time operations center for the team running it.
PLLAY shipped a rebuilt creator dashboard this month, replacing a set of scattered panels with a single command-center view built around the number creators check first: what they've earned. The redesign is paired with a new contest-launch flow that cuts the time between deciding to run a prediction pool and having it live for an audience to under ten seconds.
The new dashboard leads with a hero earnings module, backed by a live status bar, an earnings chart, and a fan-activity feed that shows engagement as it happens rather than after the fact. A benchmark panel compares a creator's pool performance against similar channels, and a peak-prompt indicator surfaces the moments in a stream where launching a pool has historically drawn the strongest participation.
The launch flow itself was the harder problem. Getting from "I want to run a pool" to "it's live" used to mean stepping away from the stream to configure a form. The rebuilt flow collapses that into a handful of taps, so a creator can launch a pool without breaking the moment that made it worth launching in the first place.
Behind the scenes, the team also stood up a real-time operations center — a live ticker of activity across the platform, key metrics, a fraud queue, a revenue chart, and a system health row in one screen. It's internal tooling, but it exists for the same reason the creator dashboard does: the faster a pool can launch and settle, the faster the team needs to see what's actually happening.
This is the first of several product releases planned through the summer, focused on the same idea — making the mechanics of running a prediction pool disappear behind a simple, fast interface, whether you're the creator running it or the team keeping it running.
